Enquiries

When you submit a form, we store the name, contact details, company or site, electricity consumption and project details you provide. We also store the site section from which you opened the form, together with source, medium and campaign tags if present in the link. This helps us respond to enquiries and understand which site sections and channels bring enquiries. We do not store the full address of the referring site. The form requires your consent to process the submitted data.

Site analytics

With your separate permission, we use Google Analytics to measure visits, successful enquiry submissions and clicks on the phone and WhatsApp links. We send only action names and standard visit information, such as the page, approximate location and device type. We do not send contact details or form contents in Analytics events.

Google Analytics may set a _ga cookie to distinguish visits. The Analytics tag loads only after you allow it. Declining does not prevent you from submitting an enquiry. You can change your choice using the “Analytics settings” button at the bottom of the homepage. How Google uses data from sites.
